Terrazas de Alicante

Terrazas de Alicante in Mutxamel is a community of single-storey three-bedroom houses. Each one has its own pool, garden and a solarium over the entire roof. Daily life stays on one level, and upstairs waits a second open-air floor.

The community sits in the Cotoveta sector of Mutxamel, in the Bonalba area, inland from the Alicante coast. The coast is roughly 5.7 km off; the nearest beach is La Almadrava in El Campello, and both it and Alicante are a drive.

A house on one level

The core of the home is one big room for sitting, dining and cooking, with an island in the kitchen. It opens onto a covered porch along the facade, with the garden and pool beyond. With three bedrooms and as many bathrooms, mornings run without a queue.

The main bedroom is the largest of the three. A separate staircase leads to the roof, where the whole solarium is yours: loungers, a summer kitchen or late dinners. The car parks in its own space by the house.

Who it suits

A couple who want to live without steps and still have their own pool. Parents with kids: a bathroom for each bedroom and a garden right outside the living room. Someone who works in Alicante but would rather live in a house than a flat.

If walking to the sea matters, look at the coast instead: from here the beach is a drive.
