WOW Views

WOW Views is eight houses in Polop, built as semi-detached pairs. Each has three bedrooms, two floors, a rooftop solarium and a private pool on the plot.

The houses are on Calle Mariola in a new quarter of Polop. La Nucía and its shopping centre are a couple of kilometres off. Benidorm and Altea are about ten kilometres away, l'Albir beach about eleven by road. Alicante airport is sixty-five.

Four house models at WOW Views

The WOW Views ground floor holds the lounge, an island kitchen and one bedroom; the upper floor has two more. Every house has a solarium of about forty-four metres, a second living room under the sky.

The models differ in plot size and in the basement. The two Miranda houses add a lower floor of almost ninety-two metres: guest suite, gym or workshop.

What a WOW Views house costs

Payment follows the build: a 6.000 € reservation, then three instalments.

• 30% plus VAT when you sign the private purchase agreement.
• 30% plus VAT when the structure is finished.
• 40% plus VAT when the house is finished.

Sums paid before the keys can be covered by a bank guarantee or insurance: ask for it from the first payment.

What WOW Views hands over ready

WOW Views kitchens are by Porcelanosa, with an island and a quartz composite worktop, with built-in hob, oven, extractor, fridge and dishwasher. Hot water comes from a heat pump you can control from your phone.

Anthracite PVC windows with solar control glass, motorised shutters and an armoured front door. Pre-installation for ducted air conditioning and underfloor heating is already in place.

The air conditioning itself, the underfloor heating, a pergola on the solarium, an EV charger and furniture are paid options.
